Stage 01 — Rough
Rough Selection
Every journey begins with the stone itself. Our rough buyers evaluate thousands of candidates to find the rare crystals capable of yielding a 10+ carat polished diamond in D–F color.
Stage 02 — Planning
Precision Planning
Each rough is scanned in three dimensions and mapped to the micron. Our planners weigh every possible outcome — balancing carat yield, color and clarity — before a single cut is made.
Stage 03 — Laser
Laser Cutting
Green-laser sawing divides the rough along the exact planes chosen in planning, with kerf losses measured in hundredths of a carat.
Stage 04 — Bruting
Bruting & Shaping
The stone's outline takes form. Diamond shapes diamond as the girdle is rounded and the fundamental geometry of the final cut emerges.
Stage 05 — Polishing
Faceting & Polishing
Master polishers place every facet by hand on cast-iron scaifes, checking angles continuously. On a large stone, a single facet can take hours.
Stage 06 — Inspection
Quality Inspection
Proportions, symmetry and finish are verified against the plan. Any stone that does not meet the standard returns to the wheel.
Stage 07 — Certification
Independent Certification
Finished stones travel to GIA, HRD or IGI for independent grading. The certificate is the stone's passport — we accept nothing less than accurate.
Stage 08 — Delivery
Global Delivery
Fully insured, discreet delivery to clients on four continents, with complete chain-of-custody documentation.
