collaboration of SimStar Group and Stargems Group (“we,” “us,” or
“our”). By accessing or using our Site, including creating an account,
logging in, searching for diamonds, or submitting a requisition, you
agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions
(“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our
Site.
1. Eligibility

years of age or have obtained the consent of your parent or guardian
to use the Site, and that you are fully able and competent to enter

diamonds, you acknowledge that the requisition process is subject to
our internal review. We reserve the right to accept or reject any
requisition at our sole discretion.

accurate listings, we do not guarantee the availability or
suitability of any diamonds, and all diamond descriptions are
provided “as is.”
6. Disclaimers

services included on or otherwise made available to you through the
Site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without
any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

No Warranty: We do not warrant that the Site will be

agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations,
